*Please note: failure to make an election within two pay periods (4 for weekly) will be deemed a rejection of each and every method of repayment proposed.  In that situation, Company practice currently dictates that we recover  the entire overpayment balance. 

Agreement Check Message

This is a confirmation of the agreement to establish an overpayment recovery schedule of <AMOUNT> per check and  will recover until the current balance of <AMOUNT> is repaid in full.  Should an additional overpayment occur, that overpayment would be treated solely independent of this case.  American Eagle Airlines reserves the right to modify the recovery schedule amount at any time should circumstances of your employment change.  American Eagle Airlines also reserves the right to recover any outstanding balances from final checks, supplemental payments including, but not limited to, bonus payments, lump sum payments, and vacation payouts.

It is advisable to always ensure all hours worked/to be paid are properly recorded at the end of each pay period.  Should a special supplemental check be requested for a prior period correction, an additional repayment deduction of $<AMOUNT> will be withheld from that check…bc
