From David Berry, LEC 51 EAP Chair
By way of introduction, I am David
Berry, your EAP for Chicago O'Hare
American Eagle FA’s. I have been
with American Eagle for 6 years, and
have been a flight attendant with
Eagle for 4 of those years, and have
always been based in Chicago.
I have been working with our local

I want to take this opportunity to
extend my personal welcome to each
one of you, and tell you that we are
glad you are here!
I believe that you will find Chicago
to be a wonderful and exciting city,
a city of warm and caring hard
working people like yourselves, and
O'Hare to be an outstanding place to
work.
I know that this time of transition
can be difficult, stressful, and
confusing and you may have many
questions, concerns, and needs at
this time.
Your EAP (Employee Assistance
Program) is here to help you with
peer assistance and professional
referrals as well as referrals to
many types of information and
assistance for your concerns
including
Relationship Issues
Family Concerns

Your EAP is also your first contact
and primary resource following
Critical Incident situations on the
job, and serves as your Professional
Standards Liaison to assist in on
the job conflict with coworkers.
You may contact your EAP
representatives by phone or email
anytime with the information below.
I look forward to meeting and
serving you soon! It will be my
honor to talk with you
confidentially at any time and help
you address any concerns you may
have. Our EAP motto is “Members
Helping Members” and that is what we
are all about.
